Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return assessment, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at auroranailsupplycs@gmail.com for us to assess your claim. If your return is accepted and you are located in Australia, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is only paid for by Aurora Nail Supply if all of the items in the order were faulty or defective, and if it is from an Australian address. We cannot offer paid return shipping for international orders (orders made from outside Australia). For change of mind returns/refunds, return shipping and the original shipping amount will not be paid for/refunded. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We cannot pay for/issue labels on international orders. Due to the nature of gel products, we cannot issue returns on these products unless they are sealed and the seal has not been broken. If there is no seal we cannot offer a return as we are unable to know if they have been used or tampered with for us to be able to confidently resell. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and/or orders where gift cards or store credit was used.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For exhanges due to change of mind, Aurora Nail Supply reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total order value. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The same applies to orders that have not been claimed and have been returned to the sender at a fault that is not of Aurora Nail Supply's.

Refund of order after 7 days of not paying for shipping
If shipping has not been paid within 7 days of making your order. Aurora Nail Supply reserves the right to refund your order in full and cancel your order. You will be notified of this refund.

Refunds, returns & exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
